| Voters! Don't be mislead by a Judge who may say they are a "Constructionist". It does not necessarily mean that when they make a decision that goes all the way back to the "Founding Fathers" and Original Judiciary Laws but most of the time, they mean only until the last great "Liberal Law" ( even if it goes against the Federal Constitution). They did not go back far enough, so beware and ask them would they overturn a past National, State, or Local Law when it goes against the Federal Constitution? They are not supposed to make a State or Local law that goes against the Federal Constitution, as it is illegal, and impeachable. Those National, State and / or Local laws that go against the Federal Constitution, should be overturned by these Judges. |

Editor's Note: DUTIES OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OR JUDGES It was the current Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas when coming into office who announced that the duty of the Justice System (or Judges) is to Interpret law cases in the framework of the Constitution only. Today, some judges make up their own laws or other laws, like the International laws, legislating from the bench by using laws outside the Constitution (the State of Texas Constitution should line up with the U. S. Constitution). When Judges take their oath to do their duties, it should be TO INTERPRET THE CURRENT CASES OR PRE-EXISTING CASES TO ALL THAT LINE UP WITH THE STATE (IMPLIED) AND U.S. CONSTITUTION. THERE HAS BEEN NO PUNISHMENT OR IMPEACHMENT FOR THESE JUDGES WHO HAVE GONE AGAINST THEIR DUTIES FOR THE LAST 60 YEARS ALL OVER AMERICA ON ALL LEVELS. THAT IS WHY WE HAVE RUNAWAY COURT SYSTEMS. IF JUDGES DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAWS, WHY SHOULD THE PEOPLE? THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD JUDGES. YOU DECIDE WHO IS AND WHO ISN'T. It is the Legislature who creates the laws that are in the framework of the Constitution but it is the Judges who INTERPRET the law to the Constitution of cases that come before them. The First Supreme Court Chief Justice John Jay said "A Legislative Act contrary to the Constitution is not law". I believe the same is true for each INTERPRETED LAW by the Judiciary System that is not Interpreted to the Constitution and we need to do what is necessary to correct any INCORRECT laws and judges as well. All three Branches are supposed to be subservient to "WE THE PEOPLE" |
